Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. This policy helps maintain product integrity, quality, and safety standards. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements for lost items will be issued once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure all product selections and quantities are correct prior to placing your order.
Refund Processing
